The client, a developer, was looking to maximise value by creating varied sized flats to appeal to a wide market.

The original building was a semi-detached London house that the client wanted to convert into five flats to satisfy the ongoing demand for smaller units aimed at young professionals looking to get on to the property ladder.

We designed a mix of flat types and sizes, ranging from a studio to a 3-bed. We optimised the floor areas to retain as much space for the flats and minimise wasted space for the communal hallways.
