Stages 1, 2 & 3
Concept Design & Planning Permission
We meet with you to discuss your brief and requirements in detail before we start any design work. We looking at options to create the best solution for your needs. Once a design is agreed we prepare all the required documents for a planning application and submit them on your behalf.

Stage 4
Building Regulation Packages & Detail Design
Once planning permission is achieved we can also provide detailed technical drawings to submit to Building Control for approval and for a chosen Main Contractor or Builder to begin construction works on site.

Stage 5 & 6
Site Inspections & Project Management
We have extensive experience in helping to manage projects during construction, undertaking site inspections, valuations and administrating building contracts. We also help with handover and snagging to make sure that projects meet required standards.
