A townhouse within a terrace of many conceals a unique and glamorous space within.

  • The client wanted to completely overhaul the existing house to create a lower ground floor basement flat and an upper level townhouse that would also act as a showroom and headquarters for a new furniture design company.

The existing basement was enlarged and a ground floor extension allowed for additional space. New windows and doors allowed additional natural light to enter the property. Internally, traditional features and details were retained and paired with modern finishes such as polished concrete, Tadelakt Moroccan plaster and rustic stained oak to create a glamorous townhouse.

    Project completed at WGPA.
